We value training people to become effective godly leaders to serve at home, in the church and in the world (Eph. 4:11-13; James 3:1; 2 Tim. 3:16-17).

We are able to determine mature leadership as we look for the following:

c. Steadfastness  (1 Cor. 15:58; Heb. 12:3; Is. 26:3)

d. Purity  (1 Peter 2:11; Eph. 5:3) 

e. Love  (John 13:34-35; 1 Cor. 13:1-8; 1 John 3:18, 4:20)

f. Hope  (Rom. 5:2b-6) 

g. Humility  (Phil. 2:3-11; 1 Peter 5:5,6)

h. Honesty (Lev. 19:11; Acts 24:16)

i. Good works  (Gal. 6:9,10; Matt. 5:16)

j. Service  (Mark 10:45; 2 Cor. 4:5; Matt. 23:11-12)

k. Evangelism  (Phil. 1:6; Rom. 1:16; 1 Peter 3:15; 1 Cor. 15:3-4)

l.Wisdom (Eccl. 9:17; James 3:13, 17-18).
